Grievance Cell

  • A Grievance Redressal Cell is constituted to take care of the complaints and suggestions of the students

  • The Cell comprises of :

    • Mrs Vanita Malik - Co-ordinator

    • Mr Sandeep Burkhen - Member

  • Procedure:

    • The setting up of the GRC for students is widely publicized.

    • The students are advised to contact the concerned members with a written representation for receiving help

    • The students can also drop their suggestions or complaints in the boxes kept for the purpose

    • Anybody can approach the Cell and lodge his/ her complaint, even on condition of anonymity

  • The cell is indented to find solutions for problems like sexual harassment – any kind of physical or mental harassment, library facilities, canteen,complaints regarding class room teaching – Class room management, completion of syllabus, teaching methods etc, If and when they arise.

  • The GRC acts upon those cases which have been forwarded.

  • The Cell convenes meetings periodically with the Principal, discusses the problems and takes steps to redress the grievance.

  • The outcome of the complaints /suggestions is informed to the concerned student & it is seen that they are fully satisfied with the decisions of the Grievance Redressal Cell

The Grievance Cell deals with all issues related to the betterment and well being of the student community
