Shree Shankar Narayan Education Trust, was formed in the year 1993 to promote higher education in and around Mira-Bhayandar. Under the dynamic leadership of Shree Rohidasji Patil the trust laid the foundation of Shankar Narayan College of Arts & Commerce in the year 1994. The college started with 47 students and has grown to a strength of above 8572 students within a short span of eighteen years. This progress is the result of its distinctive characteristics.
