As per the directives from the University of Mumbai, the college has formed the College Grievance Redressal Cell to address the grievances of students related to college. Grievance redressal system is a seminal and mandatory part of the administration. The institution gives foremost priority to redress the grievances received from the students from time to time as the institution considers its responsibility to provide secure and gratified academic environment to all the stakeholders. The institution has formed the College Grievance Redressal Cell as per the guidelines from the University of Mumbai. The grievances are collected online through the link provided on the college website as well as offline. The grievances are put forth the committee and due action is taken under the able guidance of the Head of the institution. The aim of the cell is to create conducive and harmonious atmosphere for all the stakeholders of the institution.

Functions of the Grievance Redressal Cell

• To receive the applications of the students from the portal as well as offline
• To attend all applications related to the grievances of the students
• To entertain and consider the grievances of the students. It may hear the students in person by giving opportunities of hearing
• To hear all the concerned parties and settle grievances as early as possible.
• To counsel the students whenever necessary to resolve their grievances
• To make efforts to settle the disputes amicably
• To prepare and submit the recommendations related to the redressal of grievances to the concerned
