The Placement and Career Guidance Cell of our college has been established with view to raise awareness among students about career opportunities and facilitates smooth job recruitments for them.

Objectives

To provide comprehensive support and guidance to students to help them to take right career decision.

To assist students in exploring their interest, identifying their strength and aligning them suitable career path.

To bridge gap between students seeking job and job providers.

To increase awareness among students about career opportunities available to them.

To assist students in getting appropriate jobs for their overall well being.

Practices:

The cell arranges Training programmes, which includes Soft skill training, Aptitude training, Employment etiquets and for inculcating adequate organizational behaviour.

The cell organises workshops and seminars which guide students for selecting  suitable careers for them.

The cell assures complete support to visiting companies through adequate coorespondences at every stage of placement process. It facilitates the provision of college premises for conducting pre-placement talks, interviews and also students details are shared for furthering recruitment process.

 Thus the placement cell through its continuous rigorous activities strives to increase the number of students being getting employed.
