Objectives
1. Meetings with Principal are often held and Coordinator discuss their action plans to arrive on optimal and effective way. 2. Academic Calendar is prepared as per the Mumbai University syllabus, schedule and the requirements at the department level as per the action plans are formed. 3. Subject preferences from the curriculum declared by university are taken by the Coordinator, from all teachers & Subject allocation has been done as per the standard institutions policies. 4. Subject teacher prepares course files, presentations, after subject allocation for effective implementation of curriculum. Also the subject teacher prepares teaching plan and practical plan as per syllabus requirements. 5. After approval of teaching plan & practical plan by Coordinator, one starts filling the attendance and implementation. 6. For effective students overall development and personal attention, PTA has been Conducted. 7. The Department conducts unit tests, class test and presentations for checking the performance of the students along with university exams (In-semester/online, Oral/Practical and End-semester exams) as per the university norms. 8. The effective curriculum delivery is done additionally by conducting industrial visits, expert lectures, etc. 9. Organization Structure is prepared and every activity is checked and verified as per the structure of the institute.
